Understand that we hand make each article of clothing and they are only made to order. Therefore we only offer refunds in the form of store credit and exchanges after 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Returns and Exchanges
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE INTACT AND THE GARMENT SHOULD HAVE NO SIGNS OF WEAR.
Items can be returned back to us and exchanged for a different size, color or garment of the same price. If you would like to exchange for an item with a price difference, the difference must be paid before the exchange can be completed. If you would simply like to return the items, you will be granted store credit with the funds from the order, which will never expire. We make sure to do complete quality control checks prior to shipping out all orders however, we understand things happen. 14 Days to Return
Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed on the packaging slip.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless stated otherwise. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is in your best interest to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately things happen with mail services, therefore we cannot always guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Once we receive the items back to us, we will move forward with the return/exchange.
